I am your local Preston Remedial Massage Therapist and Sports Massage Therapist.

 

I provide private physiotherapy and remedial massage treatments from my home in Preston VIC. I have experience treating a range of clients from elite football players at the Hawthorn Football Club and marathon runners to weekend warriors and desk workers. I specialise in acute and chronic pain, headaches, low back pain, stress related tightness and postural correction.

For me, a great massage treatment should always aim to release muscle tightness and trigger spots in deeper muscle layers. The purpose of this is to provide pain relief, improve function and prevent further dysfunction from occurring.

The techniques that I use to achieve this are:

Myofascial release
Dry needling

I also appreciate the importance of tailoring treatments to suit the needs of individual clients. I offer my knowledge, experience and passion in human anatomy and physiology to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

In 2014, I completed a Diploma in Hypnotherapy Practice at The Academy of Hypnotic Science, Elsternwick. I incorporate advanced hypnosis techniques to facilitate ultimate mental and physical relaxation for all clients during remedial massage treatments.
